Coming Soon!

Hey loves! So sorry for not posting in awhile. I haven't been able to get outfits for the blog, plus I'm working on some ideas for this blog and the other blog I contribute to.

But no worries! I'll have something up! At the moment, I'm doing a research topic on Stereotypes and Discrimination in Fashion. Next I'll post that book review. Also included will be an advice column for those questions you just can't seem to find the answers to!

So, much much to do! Anyways, thnx loves and I'll talk to ya lata! Peace!

Back to School: Rocker Chic

Hey dolls! So the day before, I featured an outfit from a high school freshman--an example of "Prim and Proper" attire. My next post is Rocker Chic, and guess who's your model??? MEH!

Being a high school senior, I'm all about making a mark and setting a statement. Here I'm wearing an orange top with a red body-con mini, black boots, and black belt. As for my accessories, I stuck to my typical rings, bangles, and heart-shaped necklace. As for my nails, I was inspired by a "Black and White" dessert cookie.

That's all for now dolls! Lata!

Back to School: Prim and Proper

Hey dolls! You know it's that time of the year: Back-to-school! Many of you probably aren't in school yet (lucky dolls!) However, here are some ideas to make the new school year fun, fashionable, and stylish! Meet Nina, a high school freshman with an eye for style!

Nina's in a cropped, crochet top with a peach high-low skirt. Included are tan ankle boots and a mint bib necklace. She kept it simple, yet stylish, with her simple silver, pearl, and cord bracelets and a gold bow ring. Super cute! And check out her red-orange nails?? Darlin'!

Have a nice day, Nina! Lata dolls!

New Segment: Book Reviews

Hey dolls! First I want to mention the new look I have for the blog. Like it? I sure do!

Anyways, many of you may know that I'm a reader and a writer. I love writing stories, but to find inspiration, I read from a variety of books: many from the books we read in school or books from my favorite authors.

For my new segment for the blog, I will feature books I've read. I'll rate them out of five stars, give you a brief summary, and include key ideas I loved. Anyways, bye for now and I'll talk to ya lata!

Current book I'm reading: "Like Water for Chocolate" by Laura Esquivel
